Through providing essential research, expertise, and connections sourced from our network of ex-salespeople, we have played a crucial role in enabling journalists to produce in-depth coverage on this sector.

We supplied the BBC with the necessary insight, as well as 4 sales industry interview subjects, to facilitate their investigation of Credico in the UK. This resulted in a BBC News article, a BBC3 documentary called 'The Dark Side of Direct Sales', and a BBC4 Radio documentary by the same name.
We worked with the team behind BBC Spotlight's undercover investigation of Credico in Belfast to find Credico sales offices in Northern Ireland and appropriate interview subjects. The result was a BBC News article, and a BBC NI Spotlight documentary called 'Undercover Door to Door: Who's Getting Rich?'.
We worked with Wales Online to act as consultants to their undercover investigation of Credico in Cardiff, as well as to provide them with research on Credico offices in Wales, and appropriate interview subjects. The investigation uncovered treatment of salespeople and donors, with a follow-up on Credico office BMGroup and its owner.
We collaborated with The Times for a series of articles by offering our community projects for their use. We also acted as consultants in the planning behind their undercover investigation into Appco's IBA Global office and connected them with ex-salespeople from our community who had previously fundraised for the charities they were investigating.
We supported this Nashville Scene article by providing background on deceptive direct sales operations and assisting journalist Nick Pipitone with key information to inform his reporting. Both Devilcorp.org and the Devilcorp subreddit were mentioned as sources for further info, and the article included a quote from our founder Ben Jamieson, offering insight into the exploitative, high-turnover business model these firms rely on.
